The Program Manager, APAC will join the Real Estate and Workplace team at Nutanix, which is dedicated to fostering an efficient and innovative work environment across the APAC region. Based in Bangalore, India, this team thrives on collaboration and a culture of openness, supporting the integration of real estate solutions and workplace operations that align with the company's strategic goals. The mission of the team is to create scalable workplace programs that enhance employee experience and optimize space utilization while ensuring excellence in service delivery across the organization.
You will report to the Sr Director of Real Estate & Workplace, APAC, who is known for a collaborative leadership style that encourages team input and fosters professional development. The role is hybrid, which means that while you will primarily work from the office, you will also have the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The expectation is for the employee to be in the office a few days a week to promote teamwork and engagement with colleagues.
This role requires travel within the APAC region to liaise with various workplace sites and stakeholders, ensuring that the workplace programs are effectively implemented and aligned with regional business needs. The travel requirements will be determined based on project needs and stakeholder engagements, offering opportunities to engage with teams across different locations.
- Develop and implement scalable workplace programs in partnership with India and APAC workplace staff.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement to align real estate and workplace program objectives.
- Support financial planning, including budget preparation and monitoring expenditure across operations.
- Oversee key projects and workplace transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
- Generate insights from data to drive continuous improvement and optimize space capacity planning.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and contract negotiations to support workplace requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with Nutanix employees to enhance workplace service delivery experiences.
- Translate global programs to meet local compliance and cultural needs within the APAC region.
- 10+ years of experience in FM operations, real estate transactions, and project management.
- Strong financial modeling capabilities and budgeting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Planning, or related field; accreditations from RICS/CoreNet preferred.
- Proficient in FM productivity software and familiarity with relational databases.
- Excellent communication and operational skills, with the ability to present to all organizational levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with capability to derive insights from diverse data sources.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional team interactions.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
